Organizing the System

Due to farming being a huge determining factor of creating an irrigation system in the Rogue River Valley, it was essential to create an organized system of land tracts so the water could be distributed equally. Working with Roguelands Inc., a subsidiary company to the Rogue River Valley Canal Company, the valley was split up into 10-acre tracts, with a home on each. This way all smaller farms could receive an adequate amount of water, which would promote crop growth in the valley. This was huge contributor to the vast amounts of orchards thought out the area.
