Dwight Holcombe logging, trimming upper branches of tree prior to topping and felling. Dwight was a student who logged in summers to pay for school. He came to Oregon from Hopewell, New Jersey. He married Rebecca Johnson from Jacksonville.
They moved to Vashon Island Washington.
